By creating an account, accessing, or using CoolWrld, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

CoolWrld is a social engine for creative exchange. The platform helps members discover people, share knowledge, exchange skills and resources, join communities, and build collaborations.

CoolWrld provides the technology that allows members to connect. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CoolWrld is not a party to agreements, exchanges, transactions, collaborations, or other arrangements made between members.

CoolWrld is currently operating as a private, invitation-only alpha. This means the platform is still being tested and developed.

During the Private Alpha:

• Features may change, be added, or be removed.
• Bugs, interruptions, and technical errors may occur.
• Performance and availability may vary.
• Some information or test data may need to be reset.
• Access may be limited, paused, or discontinued.

You should keep independent copies of information that is important to you. Do not use the Private Alpha as the only place where important content or records are stored.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms to use CoolWrld.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

You may not create an account for another person without their authorization, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity, experience, affiliations, or intentions.

CoolWrld is intended to support respectful, constructive, and meaningful creative exchange.

You may not use CoolWrld to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or abuse others.
• Discriminate against others or promote hatred based on a protected characteristic.
• Post fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, or deliberately misleading content.
• Send spam, unwanted promotions, or repetitive unsolicited messages.
• Solicit or facilitate illegal goods, services, or activities.
• Upload malware, malicious code, or content designed to damage or disrupt the platform.
• Attempt to access another member's account or restricted areas of CoolWrld without authorization.
• Scrape, copy, harvest, or collect member information through automated means without written permission.
• Interfere with the security, performance, or normal operation of the platform.

We may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including restricting content, limiting features, suspending accounts, or removing accounts.

Members may use CoolWrld to offer or request skills, knowledge, resources, opportunities, services, or collaboration.

You are responsible for deciding whether another member, opportunity, exchange, or collaboration is appropriate for you. You should communicate expectations clearly and conduct any diligence you consider necessary before agreeing to work with someone.

Unless CoolWrld expressly agrees otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee:

• The identity, background, or qualifications of a member.
• The quality, legality, safety, or value of an exchange.
• That a member will fulfill a promise or agreement.
• That a collaboration, opportunity, or relationship will produce a particular result.

Agreements between members are the responsibility of the members involved. Important arrangements should be documented separately in writing.

You retain ownership of original content that you submit, publish, or share through CoolWrld.

By posting content, you grant CoolWrld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and present the platform.

This license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except where retention is reasonably required for backups, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or the rights of other members.

You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to share it. You may not post content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

CoolWrld, including its name, branding, interface, design, software, code, features, and original platform content, is owned by or licensed to CoolWrld and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of CoolWrld or permission to copy, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the platform except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We welcome suggestions, ideas, bug reports, and other feedback during the Private Alpha.

By submitting feedback, you give CoolWrld permission to use, adapt, develop, and incorporate it into the platform without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated creative work or confidential materials you may own.

Participation in the Private Alpha does not require a formal nondisclosure agreement unless we separately agree to one in writing.

However, because CoolWrld is still in private development, we ask that members not publicly share unreleased features, private communications, screenshots, screen recordings, access links, or other nonpublic aspects of the platform without permission.

You may discuss your general experience and provide private feedback unless we specifically identify certain information as confidential.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to collect, disclose, misuse, or distribute another member's personal information without authorization.

CoolWrld may connect to or display links to third-party websites, tools, services, or platforms.

We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

CoolWrld is provided on an "as available" basis during the Private Alpha.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, secure, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

You may stop using CoolWrld at any time.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, harmed another member, or misused the platform.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect members, the platform, or others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoolWrld is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that member content, profiles, exchanges, opportunities, advice, representations, or collaborations are accurate, reliable, suitable, safe, or successful.

Nothing shared by members through CoolWrld should automatically be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoolWrld and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

This includes losses arising from member conduct, content, collaborations, exchanges, interrupted access, lost data, or unauthorized account activity.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms as CoolWrld develops or as legal, operational, or product requirements change.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the platform, by email, or by updating the date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of CoolWrld after updated Terms become effective means that you accept those changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal provision that is found unenforceable will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
